Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to change into your robe or the appropriate attire for your service. For first time guests, we require a confidential consultation form be filled out prior to the treatment. As your appointment time is reserved just for you, your treatment time may be shortened if you arrive late.
We kindly request 48 hour notice for cancellations, otherwise a 50% service charge is applied. For group appointments (4+), 7 days notice is required or a 50% service charge is applied. No shows and cancellations under 48 hours will be fully charged.
Reservations are accepted with a valid Visa, MC, AMX or Gift Certificate number.
For groups of 2 or more a 15% gratuity will be added to the overall Day Spa discounted Packages or Bundles.
Gifted Services and or appointments paid by others will have a 15% gratuity added at the time of purchase.
In consideration of other guests
It is requested that cell phones, small children and pets, do not accompany you into the spa. During your treatment our expertly trained staff use professional draping techniques to provide privacy as well as comfort. Share your experience with us.
